WELCOME TO UBP CORPORATION
UBP Corporation is an off-shore Call Center located in the heart of Central America, the Republic of Panama. Panama is best known for the Panama Canal, a waterway that bridges the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans, making it a natural hub for commerce and tourism.
Coincidentally, our mission is to bridge the gap between US Companies and the Hispanic market, and conversely, Hispanic Companies and the US Market. We do so by providing our clients highly educated, well trained, fully bi-lingual Call Center Agents.
While we specialize in providing English-Spanish interpretation services to Language Service Companies in the United States, our purview is much wider. Our team of highly skllled professionals can also provide outstanding performance in Customer Service, Order-Taking, Appointment -Setting and Sales queues.
